Just purchased a Jeep from them, drove over an hour, before I left, the car salesman (Joshua) told me that they will honor the online, advertised price (2019 Jeep for $40,300), with was great news, Foun before I left, the car salesman (Joshua) told me that they will honor the online, advertised price (2019 Jeep for $40,300), with was great news, Found the Jeep I wanted at a really good price. Upon my arrival, Joshua was busy with another costumers, which was fine, I start to deal with Matt, as we got to the to financial component, I informed Matt that I was pre-approved thru USAA banking, suddenly, the price went up by $2000 to $42,300. He said the $2000 was a bonus if I finance the vehicle thru them, no USAA. By, them I am already tired, wife was pissed off, we knew was getting screwed, we spent over three hours there, even with my own financing. There was no where on their sight that says with qualifying credit thru them... I fell, I was being punish from bringing my finances in order before visiting the dealership. More

We started coming to Jimmy Britt before the Waynesboro dealership opened. We choose to drive the extra 30 minutes to go to Statesboro because of the good service we have received at Jimmy Britt. Jimmy Britt has NOT given us a reason to discontinue our patronage, so we will continue to use Jimmy Britt as our Dodge Dealership. More
Recently moved to the area. Needed an oil change/tire rotation. Service dept personal seemed professional, however, my complaint isn’t with the technicians but with the service department layout. There is no service entrance door for vehicles to drive into the service area, So customer is left to park in a dirt/gravel parking area. What happens when it’s pouring rain? Either you get soaked or wait for rain to let up. Not at all a customer friendly environment, especially when the parking area isn’t paved but is dirt/gravel. So recent rain left mud-puddles, and when my vehicle was moved and parked for pickup, mud was slung all across the side steps and fenders. So I had to wash my previous clean vehicle after an oil change. Question....with so many options for maintenance...why would I come back? I’ve been to dealerships that actually wash your vehicle after any service done. Those places deserve 5 stars. More
