I asked them to wash the car and clean it and they did a terrible job so I had to redo it. I asked about the car fax and wasn’t shown anything although I looked it up already. I asked if they match other dealer prices in the area, they told me they do in a 500 mile radius. I bought up how other cars that were located a little Further were cheaper and they said they would look into it for me. I heard nothing back. If I had to do it all over again I would just drive to another dealership. The reason why I left with the car was because I liked it and it was my birthday. 2 1/2 hours to do a scheduled oil change. Appointment was scheduled, I was early and it still took 2 1/2 hours passed the scheduled time to get an oil change. Refused to rotate tires because Appointment was scheduled, I was early and it still took 2 1/2 hours passed the scheduled time to get an oil change. Refused to rotate tires because one wasn’t factory which wouldn’t have been an issue if Firestone tires weren’t junk. Had to inform service clerk that the oil change was free with the purchase of the vehicle and I was informed that there were at least three recalls on it that weren’t even addressed while it was in the bay. Guess I’m just supposed to bring it back and sit for 2 more hours right, no I’ll take it to another Dodge dealership. More
Took forever to get a deal done and I am still waiting to get a second key for the new truck I purchased. This is the worst dealership I've ever been to in my life. I have seen used car dealerships that were nicer and CLEANER than this place. I went to the Jimmy britt statesboro website, found the one i wanted, called the statesboro dealership, talked to a sales representative, ask the lowest price, he didn't even know the price, told me I needed to come in to get a price, scheduled an appointment to come in that day. About a hour before appointment, sales manager called and said that vehicle i was interested in was in Dublin, I would need to come in next day to see it. Sales manager gave me a guesstimate on price. I like price so said I would come in next day. Next day, different sales manager called me, said vehicle from dublin would be in later that afternoon, I set appointment for 4. Got to dealership at 4, THERE IS LITERALLY NO DODGE CARAVAN ON THE WHOLE LOT!!! They were supposed to have a used 2019 for me to look at, they had none. Sales manager Matt, showed me a different vehicle, which I like and eventually agreed on a fair price and I bought. But once again, this was not the vehicle I came here for. Also, no one at this place but a select few know the price of anything! And Bryon, the finance guy, is HORRIBLE! No personality! No sense of humor! I don't even think he has communication skills. He doesn't ever need to work with the public. I started to walk out of the deal just because of him. HORRIBLE! Last but not least, your service department is xxxx! They owed us a spare key, getting one from this service department was way harder than it should be. I think the only reason they finally got us one is because we threatened to go to another dealership and bill it to them. But I assure you, I WILL NEVER BRING MY CAR TO BE SERVICE BY THEM AGAIN. EVER. Will never buy or send anyone to them to buy a car either. More
