Too long a wait. I called ahead for an appointment. It was set for 11:30 a.m. and I arrived early so that the motor would cool by the time of the appointment. I was I called ahead for an appointment. It was set for 11:30 a.m. and I arrived early so that the motor would cool by the time of the appointment. I was told it would take two hours. I told the service personnel what the problem of the vehicle was and what remedies that had already been taken and all that I wanted was the oxygen sensors replaced to help the rough idle. The service personnel began to talk about there maybe problems with the AC causing it or another individual stated it could be the throttle body. This was before the car was ever taken back for a mechanic to look at and diagnose. At 3:00 p.m. I called to see if my car was ready. I was told that the car had not even been taken back to the bay, because they were still waiting for a bay to open up. At this point I told them not to touch my car and I would be back to pick it up. I did exactly that. When I arrived they kept asking what could they do to make it right, but by this time I had lost confidence in the service department. This was not the service department that I had used in the past. In the past appointment times were honored, and repairs were timely with proper explanations after the mechanic had examined the car and discovered the problem. My car would be repaired properly and I was happy. At this time I do not know if I will use the service department again. More
