Excellent Service and did everything they promised! We weren't sure what to do because we had already been told no at other dealerships. So we decided to go give them a shot, and just as Jeff said they were able to make a deal happen and get us in the car we wanted. So happy with everything and their customer service was AWESOME!! Rebecaa was super friendly and Matt was very helpful with talking us thru everything and also very understanding about where we were coming from with everything. I would have given 5 stars but I was frustrated that when i showed up to get new tires put on the tires were not there. Apparently they had been sent back because they sat around for too long. This was due to me not getting a timely call when they first arrived. By the time i was called and told they were in I was going to have surgery. I told them I would schedule to have them put on no later than the 15th. I ended up scheduling to have them put on the 13th. No one mentioned the tires weren't there anymore. I showed up for my appointment and waited for about 30 minutes before I was told the tires weren't there. At this point the gentleman was apologetic and he got the tires the next day and they were put on but I did have to leave the car overnight so they could finish the alignment because they had to fit me in since my appointment was a bust. Their service has been good otherwise, though, and I would recommend them. More
