We called Cora a few days ago to check on this Dodge Charger. We told her we were going to try to come Sat and take a test drive. She sent us new inside pictures and kept us updated that it was still on Charger. We told her we were going to try to come Sat and take a test drive. She sent us new inside pictures and kept us updated that it was still on the lot. We arrived Sat and she had it ready for us to test drive at the front door. She was very informative, friendly, and easy to work with. She made us a great deal!!! Thanks Cora!!!! More

I’ve purchased over 15 vehicles in the last 10 years and this was hands down, the worst experience I’ve ever had. We were lied to multiple times about the vehicle being ready, the paperwork being ready, etc this was hands down, the worst experience I’ve ever had. We were lied to multiple times about the vehicle being ready, the paperwork being ready, etc. Now, 32 days after the deal was done, my trade-in has still not been paid off, I don’t have the title for my new vehicle I purchased, so I can’t get the tag for it either. I’ve called 7-8 times over the last 2-3 weeks checking in on this paperwork/payoff and have not had one person call me back regarding the issue. More
I am glad some had a good experience. For me, it was a complete and total letdown on a potential sale. "I'll call you in about ten minutes" has turned into over four hours with me leaving messages. They complete and total letdown on a potential sale. "I'll call you in about ten minutes" has turned into over four hours with me leaving messages. They clearly do/did not care about me and my needs. They need to take customer service lessons from their service department. For used cars, they are definitely not on the level of other dealerships. The day after the fiasco, my wife had her car serviced there. I did not but from them. They tried to use intimidation tactics with my wife to get me to buy the car. There is something seriously wrong with that dealership's sales tactics. I will admit that the sales manager did reach out in apology. I considered it and sent an offer on the vehicle. However, that offer was ignored by the sales staff and the car was sold out from underneath me. To be honest, that was ok as I do not think that I can trust them. The GM did respond later after I submitted a ridiculous offer on a car in order to get his attention. The response seemed canned and insincere. More
A bad experience turned into A GREAT EXPERIENCE! I purchased a 2017 Kia Forte that had problems from the start. It was covered under factory warranty but the Kia dealer could not fix the problem with purchased a 2017 Kia Forte that had problems from the start. It was covered under factory warranty but the Kia dealer could not fix the problem with the radiator fan. I want to stress that I thoroughly enjoyed dealing with everyone at the dealership. My salesman Scott was very friendly and accommodating. Mike Mosley in Finance is a pleasure to deal with as well and assured me the old loan would be paid off with the purchase and new loan. Amber in used car sales was also very helpful. All in all this dealership took a bad situation and made it a great experience. They took possession of the old Kia and had the General Manager reach out to me. David George then began to call multiple dealerships in order to find me another vehicle. I was not easy on any of them and they withstood the pressure in order to make the situation a great customer service experience. I ended up finding a car that was slightly more money but a solid buy. I put over 700.00 in the old car they took back and they gave that money back to me on the new car. I am overjoyed at the experience that I had. Bad things happen from time to time in this world. It is inevitable, but they lengths they went through to correct the experience and make it right with the customer will have me coming back again to purchase another car. I am very pleased to have worked with the staff at Jim Norton Chevrolet. Eric More
when I dropped the truck off I told them that it had already been looked at by another chevy dealer, but they did not have a medium duty truck lift and the starter cable is loose and causing it to inter already been looked at by another chevy dealer, but they did not have a medium duty truck lift and the starter cable is loose and causing it to intermittently not start. I told him the alignment was off when I picked it up from the upfitter. I get a call about the truck then telling me the ECM is being replaced and I have to wait and it took a week to get the ECM replaced and I asked what about the starter cable 4 more times over the telephone. I told him I'd seen the cable loose with my own eyes. After the final time asking he said the mechanic checked it and it was tight. I leave the dealership turn the truck off the first time and it doesn't start after the ECM was being replaced because apparently the ECM had nothing to do with the problem and they couldn't even take simple instruction about the starter cable being loose already confirmed. when he called me about the ECM he didn't even know that the alignment was off or that there was a complaint about it pulling tothe left. The level of incompetence is absolutely inexcusable, they cost me a week without my truck and replace the ECM probably for no reason. More
