I have done business with JN on many occasions but I never thought they would treat an excellent repeat customer so badly. Purchased my used 2014 Silverado LT on a Friday 12/31/21. Traded in a 2020 Kia never thought they would treat an excellent repeat customer so badly. Purchased my used 2014 Silverado LT on a Friday 12/31/21. Traded in a 2020 Kia Stinger, was able to work a deal and weather conditions were very cold. Drove my truck him it sat over the Holiday weekend and we have a few cold days in a row and never noticed the AC wasn't working until about 6 days after I bought it. Notified JN and they agreed to give me a loaner to fix my truck. A week goes by and no word from the service department or a manger from JN. I called to find out when my vehicle would be complete. My sales rep said I will have my Manager call you (Juan Moreno) He didn't return my call that day or several days following. I tried to call each day until I finally decided I was fed up leaving messages and had to go to the dealership in order to talk to someone face to face. Only to find out I needed a new AC compressor and JN wanted ME to pay for half the amount to fix the truck. lol.. I said What..? No.. I will go to my lender and stop the funding of this vehicle. At that time Juan Moreno said, ok ok ok.. let me see what I can do. I will call you tomorrow.. Guess what.. Juan never called, the next or the following or the day after that. I had to physically go back to the dealer to find out that the best they could do was they would cover the cost of the labor and I would need to pay for the parts. 1700$ estimate I was to pay 350-400$, I was so shocked they were trying to make me pay anything for the repair. By this time I started to figure out that they were stalling me and waiting for the funding to go through and stick me with this vehicle that would have NOT purchased had I known the issues. I did not wait weeks nor months to notify JN of the issue. All they did was treat me like chump and sticking me with xxx they knew had issues. As I questioned them about their advertisement of 167 point inspection and their advertisement on the truck as Cold AC. This is not only wrong but deserves a full investigation by Oklahoma Used Car Commission. This was planned and shady. I have contacted David George General manger but no reply from Him as of Yet. I have tried and tried to get them to make this right. They need to do the right thing, and back their cars. I have made plans to take this public to channel 2 news. The public needs to be aware of the shady business practices. PLEASE PLEASE Do not buy or sell to these people. More

Two thumbs down! I went in pre-approved for financing with my credit union which they are a preferred dealer for. I told them this and asked them not to run my credit. When the sales rep came back from "talking with his manager" there was a credit score! To which I was told, it was just a soft pull. LIE! (Same thing happened when I bought my last vehicle from Jim Norton Toyota, was pre-approved and told them not to run credit and they did anyhow.) I bought the car, with my lender, and was told it was detailed and had an oil change. Later I saw mud on a kick panel, looked back to the pictures from the lot and the spot was there in those. Crappy detailing, whatever, no big deal. A few weeks later the engine started knocking and I checked the oil it was black and over a quart low. Oil changed? LIE! I have reached out to Jim Norton about the credit inquiry and they promised to get it removed. After a few weeks they broke contact and I haven't gotten it removed. I am filing a complaint with the FCC. I will NEVER buy from ANY Jim Norton dealership again! More

I bought my Blazer here a year ago and since then I have had terrible experiences. If you want to be treated like a “priority” the day after you drop your vehicle off, then this is the place for you. Twice I have scheduled an appointment and then had to call later in the day to be told that they have done nothing and will do nothing until tomorrow. They did this on Monday and wanted to keep my car overnight. This didn’t work for me so I’m came across town to pick it up. I get there and they bring my vehicle out with attitude, saying that they were just starting to work on it. So I leave it and come back 3 hours later before they close and everyone refuses to talk to me as my service person has left and I should call him tomorrow. I called him 4 times yesterday and the front desk person said he was sitting at his desk and he ignored my call. And now 3 days later has ignored my message and calls. They were down 3 technicians on Monday because of covid, which I do understand. I do not understand why I was treated so poorly by the service people inside. I would highly recommend South Pointe Chevy on Memorial. They took my vehicle back immediately and even shuttled me home and back because it was going to be a while finding the issue. More
