Two sales people told me the truck had adaptive cruise. It does not, and I confirmed with another dealership that it does not. I went back to the dealership to ask how the adaptive cruise works before I went somewhere else, and my Sales guy halfway told me, he was with another customer, told him if I have problems to text him, I did with no response. He could have offered to get another rep to help me but just walked away. My Son and I walked the truck because they said there was some damage from the transport that was fixed. We didn’t see any damage. Our bad for not walking it again before we left because there was a scratch on the front bumper when it came out after cleaning. 30% oil life left when I bought it, anywhere i have bought a vehicle they have done an oil change, but first on was free at the dealership I took it to so all good. Just felt rushed, not great customer service. In 2017 when I bought my Malibu there it was much better. Now it’s just about the transaction and not the customers. I won’t be back. More

The employee interaction was great. The actual work performed was subpar. I checked the first oil change and there was oil all over the frame, oil filter and lines. The oil softened the under coat and now there is bare metal under the engine. The lugs look to be impacted off and on, breaking them loose by hand and torquing would have left less marks. The truck has five matching tires from the factory and the spare, I feel, should have been in the rotation. I was ask to come back for the DEF fill. When the DEF was filled it spilled and the was not totally cleaned up.. This was my first experience with service to any of my vehicles and it was below expectations. If this was an older vehicle I could see the sloppy work, but this a brand new truck with 2800 miles. I have cleaned up the mess and will replace the lugs. More
