No service I pulled in to drop my car for an appointment. Had to back up b/c a car two cars in front of me had to back out (rather than pulling 1 car forward to I pulled in to drop my car for an appointment. Had to back up b/c a car two cars in front of me had to back out (rather than pulling 1 car forward to free it up). I entered the office to drop my keys to find two guys behind the counter. 1 helping a customer in front of him with another waiting, the other typing on the computer/talking on the phone. After he hung up, I approached and told him I had an appointment. He nodded and kept typing and then asked me what the issue was. I explained, and the other guy spoke up that he would take care of me. Then he finished dealing with the other customer and walked outside. On the way back in he introduced himself and shook my hand, and went to deal with the next customer at his counter. They finished their transaction fast enough, but then as I walked up the agent said hello again and then walked out of the room. He returned a minute later and took my keys for the appointment, and estimated an 1.5 hour time frame. 2.25 hours later, I texted in to determine the status of the vehicle as I needed to get to a Dr. appointment. It would be ready in 15 minutes! But, after driving for 10 miles, the warning light came back on. It was only temporarily reset, which I had already explained I had tried. 2.5 hours for nothing. More

Charge “customer pay shop charge for repair order” GM needs to review the $2.00 customer paperwork charge. I went in for a safety check for the state of Hawaii yearly check and on my bill you charged GM needs to review the $2.00 customer paperwork charge. I went in for a safety check for the state of Hawaii yearly check and on my bill you charged me a $2,00 customer paperwork charge. This may not seem like a big deal, $2,00 but it is, as it indicates that you also charge the customer for other frivolous charges. This $2.00 charge is certainly affecting the way I feel about GM service. This is influencing my decision on whether to lease or buy again from this dealership. On the mainland there are many choices but here there is only one and they can certainly charge whatever they want because of no competition. Not like that in the real world. I hope that this review is seriously read by upper management who make these decisions to charge the customer. I am from Detroit and I have seen a whole lifetime of good and shady dealerships.. More
