Not the best day. Service told me car should be done by 9:30 or 10:00. Called them at 11;30 and service told me it was in shop and he would get back with me. Went there at 12:30 and had to wait half hour until my service person came back from lunch. Other two were too busy to help or just walked away. Finally my service got back and said he would check on it in the shop. I said it was sitting in the parking lot. He checked in the shop and said that my car had not yet been in the shop. Although he offered a free oil change, I left unserved and very unhappy. More
