We first met up with Joy who walked with us thru some Hyundai and used car. He recommended that we look at some Nissan with which I was not interested in. Joy introduce us to Kyle Cambra who we found to be one of the best if fact the best saleman we have ever encounter. He took the time to address our likes and dislikes, went above and beyond to take the time out to show us options of what was available out there and most important he treated us with respect. It wasn't about making a sale, it was about listening to what our needs were and how he could help. Sales personnel of that quality is very hard to come by and Kyle is a great asset to your company. That said, Joy is also to be commended as he and Kyle seems to have respect for each other and works hand and hand well. They are a great team. Thanks to Joy in introducing us to Kyle, and to Kyle for never forgetting the values that you were taught as it showed while you were with us. Thank you you giving us your time, being respectful to our needs and giving us a reason and a deal to purchase. However, on the down side to all of this the following day, Saturday morning I dropped by to make a payment on the 6 year warranty plan we purchase. I walked into your Nissan building and there was a gentleman in one of the offices. I went by your finance office to see if anyone was there and approached the employee ( I assume) and asked if Kyle or Joy was in as I wanted to drop off my payment. One of two rude employees I encounter. Response was they Kyle and Joy don't work on this side, their over at GMC. Walked into GMC encounter a female at the counter. I ask if Kyle or Joy was in as I wanted to drop off a payment. This female actually told me that Kyle no longer worked there and Joy comes in at 9. That really blew me away. I informed this individual that I had just purchased a vehicle from Kyle yesterday. She then informed me that sales moves around all the time and that they can't keep track and walked out to the parts office. Quick service I took my Elantra into the repair service without a reservation. I needed my trunk latch replaced because the trunk would not stay down. I was given immediate help. it was replaced and I drove away in an hour. My only concern was the cost of the whole thing. The latch and replacement service cost over $300. More
