A couple of issues I wanted addressed were not handled, such as ordering a knob for the interior of my vehicle, servicing the tire monitoring system, and purchasing touch up paint. More

This customer was a little upset that the service was not completed exactly when he was told. Ryan handled the situation like a champ! He was very professional in an uncomfortable situation. After that was handled, he told me that there were some recommended services that my Rogue needed over an above the normal oil change. He explained everything that needed to be done, and why it needed to be done. I opted to do all of the suggested services because of his explanation, and because I want to keep my Rogue running at top performance. The complete service was done at almost the exact time that Ryan said it would be. I highly recommend this service center because of the high level of professionalism! It is also helpful that they offer free wifi. I was able to keep up with my work load while they were working on my car. Great experience, and awesome service. I'll definitely be back!! More
