recall from GM for TRAX Made an appt. to have Trax checked for recall. Dropped Trax off & left keys. Told by Rick if work was needed would have to order parts & reschedule Made an appt. to have Trax checked for recall. Dropped Trax off & left keys. Heard nothing and had to call to check on status of car around 1:30 pm. spoke with very polite & helpful female. She had to go find Rick and call me back. She followed through and called back. Rick was at lunch and car was ready for pick up. Why didn't Rick call and let me know earlier??? More
