After installing recall and replacing the starter (2015 Traverse), the car was returned to me with the engine light on. I informed staff, they reset it and told me NOx sensor, no problem to drive car, I d Traverse), the car was returned to me with the engine light on. I informed staff, they reset it and told me NOx sensor, no problem to drive car, I drove one block engine light on again and acceleration of engine was not controllable. I returned it immediately, had to take a bus home. Next day I called at 830am, 930am, 1030am, 1130am speaking to Rose each time, and lastly at 12 noon, asking what was problem and status of repair. At noon Rose (new person not listed below) promised to check and call me right back. It's now 3pm on a Friday holiday weekend and no call from them all day. Only my calls. Looks like I will have no car until Tuesday next week at the earliest. I asked to speak with Service manager but they told me the manager is taking the day off. More

Worse customer service possible. Check in staff seemed overwhelmed with too many cars. However they were polite and very helpful. The shuttle car used was so dirty and old. Could use a cleaner vehicle for transporting customers.
