I had major engine work done at Jim Ellis Kia on my 2014 Sorrento. Luckily the engine work was under an extension of the mfg warranty. The service advisor, Madison, was fantastic. Madison scheduled an evaluation with a technician that verified the issue. The engine replacement was scheduled and Madison kept me informed every step of the way. The technician completed the work and the vehicle is functioning as designed. I found Jim Ellis to shoot straight with me unlike another local dealership that will remain unnamed. I’m pretty mechanical and do a lot of work myself, but when professional service is needed I recommend Jim Ellis. More

Oil was overfilled and no fluids added to windshield wash and antifreeze. Returned next day but told oil was not overfilled. Fluids were topped off at 2nd . Also--not a very good explanation given for the $15 charge for 'shop parts used' during the oil change. Lyft trip to and from dealer was nice. More
