The service was good, but the dealership had our car for a month, which was inconvenient. Other than that they are good a month, which was inconvenient. Other than that they are good More

Nice guys. Kias are trash. Stop selling them. Mine had engine failure and Kia told me to kick rocks. I’m glad I was able to afford a new car but there are some Kias are trash. Stop selling them. Mine had engine failure and Kia told me to kick rocks. I’m glad I was able to afford a new car but there are some people that this will happen to that won’t be able and in my eye that is shameful. The car broke down in a busy intersection leaving my wife and kids in danger. I would not recommend a Kia to anyone. More
My sons car was there for two months before they made the repairs when it was returned to him and had a broken windshield and now they don’t want to fix it repairs when it was returned to him and had a broken windshield and now they don’t want to fix it More
This dealership the worst customer service of any dealership I’ve ever purchased a new vehicle with. Everyone is nice pre-purchase and completely disregard customers after purchase. I regret making a dealership I’ve ever purchased a new vehicle with. Everyone is nice pre-purchase and completely disregard customers after purchase. I regret making a purchase with this dealership. The service manager provided the worst service of anyone. The general manager had to back up this terrible service. I was lied to about financial reimbursements for over six months. Customers appreciate honesty, and I don’t believe that’s too much to ask. More
Great place! Friendly staff with good knowledge of their cars. Will get another car from them in the future. Friendly staff with good knowledge of their cars. Will get another car from them in the future. More
Service center is beyond horrible. I will never bring my car to this location for service again. They overpromise, knowing they are lying. I received notification that my parts arrived I will never bring my car to this location for service again. They overpromise, knowing they are lying. I received notification that my parts arrived but the day I went to pick up my vehicle, I was still missing a part. They are very horrible with communication, I had to hound them just for updates on my car. The updates that were given were all lies. They never even communicated about the part that’s still missing upon me picking up my vehicle, I had to ask the GM Michael about it, who then informed me that the missing part has not come in yet but since my car was still drive-able, they didn’t want to keep me waiting. I feel like they accept so many cars for the money, knowing that they don’t have the staff and/or parts to take in as many cars as they do. My car was towed off their lot on the 13th of July, they didn’t notice it until the 21st of July, when they called me to let me know. Your car is NOT safe on their lot. However. It’s been three days since I’ve picked up my vehicle, I have reached out to them on giving me an ETA about my missing part and of course, NO RESPONSE. Diana who was my first advisor was never good w/ communication, which made me switch over to Phil. Phil is pretty decent but he has to work on overpromising, every day he said my car was going to be ready, it wasn’t. Sam the service manager is completely pathetic, he never returns calls, gets upset like a child and shows it. A waste of grown man. Michael the GM, is pleasant. Although, he doesn’t run away from problems, he lacks at accepting accountability. Business is business, whatever the vehicle was purchased from the Kennesaw dealer or not, the day his service department took on apportionments, was the day they signed up to do business. Whether you’re a franchise or corporate dealership, you’re still KIA. Learn how to do business properly. Anyways, still waiting on my missing part, we’ll see how long this takes. Side note: They had my car since March 27, 23 and my appointment was March 28, 23. I picked up my vehicle on July 18th, with a part still missing. Never again. More
