Oil was overfilled and no fluids added to windshield wash and antifreeze. Returned next day but told oil was not overfilled. Fluids were topped off at 2nd . Also--not a very good explanation given for the $15 charge for 'shop parts used' during the oil change. Lyft trip to and from dealer was nice. More

The service representative Mr. Norris was not forthcoming about my vehicle when it came to service and work being done and also lack of communication regarding work being done. He is the reason I will no longer return because of the way he treated my family. More
