I had Diana Bell as my service writer and I told her that I wanted the cabin filters replaced along with oil change tires rotated and I had the upgrade for the key so it could not be stolen easy. On the paperwork that I received I was charged $152 The only thing that I saw that was done was the oil changed and oil filter The cabin filters were not changed at all. I called her on August the 7th to go over the charges I left her two messages and I called her again for the third time and left no message she never once returned my call at all and I explained to her on her voicemail that I wanted to go over my charges with her I would like someone to pull my charges and call me and go over it with me My phone number is 404-386-1385 they did the work on my car on Friday August the 4th. I feel that I paid a lot of money for an oil change and for my tires to be rotated it didn't say anything about the cabin filters being completed and I was charged $125 for labor so I would like for someone to call me and just go over that with me I would appreciate it.I always come there for service and I've never been disappointed except for this last time that I came I just asked her to give me a call and go over the charges with me but she didn't once return my call. Went in for a scheduled appointment for minor services. There were 2 recalls on my vehicle so I was having them taken care of also. Was told it would take 2- 2 1/2 hours. It took more than 4 hours. When the work was completed, my quoted cost was adjusted down because of the long wait. That was a good thing. However, they usually will vacuum and wash my windows, they don’t wash the vehicle because I have a wheelchair carrier attached. This time, however, they only vacuumed the driver side, and not that well, but not the remaining vehicle. Nor did they clean the windows. I know these are small things but they are a great help to me when done. When these things are skipped or only partially done, it makes me wonder if they skipped or partially completed areas that I’m paying for. More
