From the time you get there, the people are very pleasant. There is a very nice place to sit while wait for your car to be serviced and snacks. I called in and needed a 3rd row vehicle for a certain price and immediately your team went to work figuring out something that would work for me. They didn't beat around the bush and within a couple hour price and immediately your team went to work figuring out something that would work for me. I so appreciated their quickness and that they weren't trying to "sell me" on a car but listened to what I needed especially as it related to pricing. And we were able to make something work. Yay! Worst experience I’ve ever had. Jahvon never called or contacted me in the over two weeks KIA had my car. I tried calling on multiple occasions and no one was available to talk and Jahvon never called or contacted me in the over two weeks KIA had my car. I tried calling on multiple occasions and no one was available to talk and no one called me back. I called and left the service director a message, and they also did not call me back. I finally had to go back to the dealer in person to pick back up my car because I needed it. When I picked it up, I found they did not even look at my car in the two weeks they had it. It was a total waste of my time and I would appreciate a call back for a explanation of what happened. More

As soon as I pulled up to the service door the Customer Service was excellent. Once inside the gentleman explained what I needed to do and once inside with the service writer she explained what they were g Service was excellent.
