We recently purchased a hybrid vehicle from Jim Ellis Kia and worked with Eddie Thornton—he was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and made us feel comfortable throughout the process. That said, the dealership’s processing and financing workflow was slower than expected. We arrived around 5pm already pre-approved and ready to go (no haggling), but didn’t leave until 9pm. That’s a long time for a straightforward purchase. One standout positive: Jim Ellis Kia seems to be the only dealership within 50 miles consistently stocking electric and hybrid vehicles, which is a huge plus if you’re in the market for one.
