Phil is an absolute gem! ! I am always last minute with my oil changes and need to get in quickly. The closest KIA to me is unwilling to accept walk ins and booked out weeks i ! The closest KIA to me is unwilling to accept walk ins and booked out weeks if not months but Jim Ellis Kia gets me in and out with no appt in under two hours. This last time Phil got me out in under an hour. Customer service is unmatched and I will not go anywhere else! More
