I same in to get a complete oil change and about a week in a half later my low engine oil light came on while I was on my way to work because my oil change was not done correctly. So Lucas the lead had to in a half later my low engine oil light came on while I was on my way to work because my oil change was not done correctly. So Lucas the lead had to come to my job and take a look at my car and it result in my car being towed back to the shop so they can redo my oil change . I am highly upset because I spent my hard working money on an incomplete job. This is not my first time receiving bad service from you guys my last time I received bad service I came in to get an oil change and my car completely detailed in the exterior and first I was told I could’ve have the service because the person who does it called in to work. Then a few minutes later a guy came to me and stated he was the supervisor and that he would shampoo my car out for me well all he did was vacuumed the inside and left everything the way it was no wipe down nor was my carpet shampoo/ detailed. I’m very upset because that day I spent over $400 dollars of my hard working money . More

I did not have any service performed because you couldn't perform it while I waited. I cleared my day and drove 30 miles to wait on the car and they informed me when I got there that I would have to leave th perform it while I waited. I feel like you are scamming me with notices that my engine needs to be checked. I'm pretty sure that's not something this particular dealership thought of. It's probably KIA. However, I don't appreciate it. I was loving my Kia until I determined that you can turn on and off messages to my car to get me to come in for service whenever you want. That wouldn't even be such a problem if the dealership would address it within the same day while I wait. But you wanted me to leave my car for a few days just so you could run a diagnostic that should take 30 minutes. Poor planning and management. Maybe I should say "selfish" planning and management. You want me to rent a car just so you can run a diagnostic that may or may not be necessary? I was really enjoying my Kia and recommending it to everyone until this experience. Once again, it's probably not something you came up with. Someone in the high castle thought of this great scam, but all the same, I don't appreciate it. More
