I brought my Ford Expedition in for 45k mile service. Brad Carter was my Service advisor and he was professional. He was very patient and not pushy. He clearly explained everything. I’ve been coming to this location for over a year and he is always the same! Both of these guys are true assets to your company. The mechanics always donut right the first time, Thanks to them too! Lastly, I love how my car is always returned to me CLEAN!! They wash the outside and vacuum the inside and even put some air freshener. This dealership gives that old school touch that I grew up with. I drive 38 miles and skip 3 Ford Dealers just to come here. I highly recommend! More

Can't say enough about David Attal, our service advisor. He also knew exactly what the problem was with a bit of rust on the hood, and has set up an appointment to have that repaired next month. We have had not-so-good experiences at other Ford dealers, but really trust the folks at Jim Ellis. In fact, my wife just bought a new Hyundai from Jim Ellis Hyundai largely because of her excellent experience with that Jim Ellis Dealership. More
So I have a Safety Recall letter on my brand new 2022 Explorer ST. When I call these dealer the told me the needed to keep the car for two weeks and btw there is no loaner vehicles anymore so the expense Explorer ST. Despite of my multiple friends recommending TOYOTA of Nissan for my SUV I decide to continue with FORD since this is the 3rd brand new ford I buy and the 4th I owned. However the customer service for servicing the car in this dealer is making doubt whether or not the next car will be a FORD. When I questioned today of how the dealer expects people to give up their car for 15 days or more just to change a camera I was pretty much told in a very polite way that If I did like it like that I could always go to another dealer. I am just shocked that there is no more incentive to take care of the customers, unfortunately since this dealership was bought by Jim Ellis the service has decreased considerably. More
