They need to have more communication related to the vehicle between the customer and service. Ed Pineda is a well thoughtful service advisor, but he had family issues when my vehicle was ready to be picked up and could not be available at that time.

Jim Tibble Ford was gonna reset all these computer things. It was five of them that need to be upgraded. They did all but one so I’m waiting for them to call me back on the next one when it comes in they change my oil fuel filters. Everything else was A-OK.
