Service: Awful experience. I scheduled an appointment way ahead of time. I planned it purposefully for when I wouldn't need my truck. After the negative review left by my husband last week, LG reached out to let us know the car that we were interested in was available for test drive and purchase. We were lured to the location with a car on the website that was not ready to be sold. We were told they would deliver the car to our home two days later to test drive and maybe keep overnight. As a potential female customer, I felt discriminated against. I gave a reasonable offer for a car that’s been on the lot a while and the sales person said “when you come back to reality let me know” in against. Unacceptable behavior and I will be calling corporate over this incident. This place is not respectful to women or people with disabilities. AVOID. More
