Information entered by technician regarding mileage generated recommendations for service. The mileage recorded was "off" by over 35,000 miles. I’ve come to the conclusion, that even for basic oil change, your vehicle is gone over thoroughly to try and find other things wrong so they can charge you more money. An oil change should NOT take 2 1/2 hours! When I want an oil change, I want an oil change. It’s weird that when men take cars in for service there, the wait time is less. Three women said same thing sitting there. So if you need car serviced, let a man take it in and you’ll get out faster! I love the sales team there, but each time I’ve been in for service, which is four times, four for four pathetic service. Long wait time for service. My time is just as valuable as their time is! Was there long enough to watch breakfast snacks swapped out for lunch snacks! I also left with a nail in my tire. They didn’t even tell me, they texted my husband! I had a child in the car with me…what if I had a flat on the interstate? Pathetic! More
