Hi! I have used your dealership for service for a few years. This is the second vehicle but due to Ed Barnes, I am unsure if I will return. After questioning the price of $136.99 for service, I was told it was the price with coupon. I looked back at my old transactions and discovered I had never paid more than $106.00. I approached Ed with this and he said he would honor the $89.99 coupon. This is poor treatment of your customers. I paid $80.00 in June for the exact service. More

I have purchased 3 new vehicles from you. And you have service four of my vehicles over the years. I paid a bill over $2,500 on my most recent service and you could not even was my truck. The worst customer service experience I have ever had with a service department. I brought my vehicle in for an airbag recall, they damaged my dashboard, charged me to replace the damaged portion, damage with a service department.
