Had a wonderful experience with the service department as they changed the oil & rotated my tires while I completed the purchase of my awesome 2021 Buick Avenir following the end of my lease. I worked out all the necessary paperwork with Craig, & Ron handled the warranty agreements going forward and finished up the required ownership details. I don’t remember who worked with me. There wasn’t that much engagement it was they took my keys. I waited in the wait area. Told another guy I was leaving and they forgot who I was and didn’t tell her to the main person who helped me.
