Arrived at the dealership and no one acknowledged me except the Service Porter. He said go inside and check in. Stepped to the right and no one said anything- 3 service advisors and 4 service advisors t except the Service Porter. He said go inside and check in. Stepped to the right and no one said anything- 3 service advisors and 4 service advisors to the left and no one acknowledged me. I was in there 25 to 30 seconds. Walked out and went back to the service drive and asked for a manager. I was told the manager was out. He said go see someone and they got me started for my oil change. More
