The work i requested was not done and I did not check that it was. I thought I was dealing with customer focused folks. I brought the truck in for an oil change and both bucket seats had padding dropped that it was. I thought I was dealing with customer focused folks. I purchased my former car 11 years ago from Jim Ellis. I came back to Jim Ellis Mall of Georgia for my next car even though I had moved to North Carolina over 11 years ago. I had appointments at other dealers but found the car I wanted at my first stop. Sales Consultant Chris Reyes was very informative and helped me understand the vehicles I test drove in the pouring down rain. He answered all of my many questions and was polite and professional during the entire process. He and Joe Marengo both stayed late waiting for me to come back to pick the car up even after they had closed. I never felt rushed or pressured because they both took the time to make sure I was happy and satisfied every step of the way. I hope everyone searching for a new vehicle will go to Iim Ellis first.
