I brought my Infiniti into Coleman for some body work and was given a loaner for 4 days. My son left his wallet and Ipod in the glove compartment. We didn't realize this for several days. We received a call from the dealership that both had been returned by Mahania Dou who checked in the loaner. I cannot tell you how much we appreciated his honesty and integrity. I was in the market for a used car and happened to see a listing online for a used Sebring at Jim Coleman. I went to the dealership for a test drive and was treated very well by all staff, especially Keith listing online for a used Sebring at Jim Coleman. I just bought a new car from JIm Coleman Infiniti, and the total experience was at least as good as any I have ever had buying. during that time. Before I ever visited the dealership, they were very open, helpful, and accurate in responding to my questions and concerns. That meant that when I went there, I was fairly well informed. When my wife and I arrived, we were treated with great friendliness, courtesy, and respect. Ahmad Hanif, their internet sales manager, was truly a joy to work with. Of course I can't yet speak to the quality of their future work or customer service, but what I have experienced so far convinces me that I will completely happy with them. More
We bought the car on a Sunday without any problems other thatn the sales staff being a little pushy. He said that he would look into it and give me a call back. He never called back. I had to call there about 4 or 5 times before I finally go in touch with someone that could help me. Come to find out they had entered our names wrong on the loan application. So we had to drive 50 miles back to the dealership to resign the paperwork and they wouldn't even compensate us with anything other that some burgers and dogs that they were already ccoking for their employees. Then, we asked them to mail our tags to our house once they received them. They told us that this would be no problem. One week before the temporary tage expired we received a note in the mail stating that we needed to pick our tags up at the dealership. This, in my opinion, is terrible customer service and I would never buy another car from this dealership nor would I recommend this dealership to anyone. More

As of to date I bought 4 new cars, which includes a purchase 1 Infiniti Ex 35 from Jim Coleman last weekend. Out of the 4 purchases 2 were horrible experiences but the experience at Jim Coleman was s purchase 1 Infiniti Ex 35 from Jim Coleman last weekend. Out of the 4 purchases 2 were horrible experiences but the experience at Jim Coleman was simply pleasant and one I will remember. In case you are interested, I had two cars from Nissan and one from Acura. Both of the Nissan experiences were horrible. I do not like to haggle and because of that I requested an online quote and Joe Davis delivered the car with the price he quoted over the internet. My wife did not test drive the car before and she was in town on Sunday so we went to the dealership thinking that we will test drive the car and ponder but Joe did not let us ponder, he gave us the car keys and asked us to explore the car and we simply fell in love with the car and purchased it! Another point to note here is that I test drove the car on Sat, and at no point I was asked to put in a deposit to "hold" the car- my previous experiences has been that the dealer would ask for a deposit before giving me a "real" price. It took us 3.5 hours to get everything done and walk out (test drive and financing) with the car from the dealership on a Sunday. Note it was a Sunday and most dealership are unable to deliver cars- at least that is what I was used to in NY. The car was neat and clean, but I am very very picky, and I thought it needed more waxing and long behold Joe stated that next time I come he will make sure the car gets waxed. It is these small things that can make a car purchaser happy as they are walking out of the door. My car will get waxed multiple times before it goes back to Jim Coleman for service but it is the small gesture that means a lot- and I appreciated that immensely. Financing with Fred was also a pleasant experience as I had pre-approved financing from NIH FCU. Most of the time dealership tries to add last minute things like "nitro fill" or "wheel locks" but Fred did not surprise me with any of the bull and did not waste my time which I appreciated. In the future I will look forward to working with Joe and Fred, as the experience was hassle free and pleasant! More

That being said, Joe, Ryan, and the rest of the Jim Coleman Infiniti (JCI) team were truly exceptional in providing a memorable, pleasant, and genuinely awesome customer experience. Their courtesy, honesty, transparency, thoroughness, and willingness to go the extra mile to earn my business did not go unnoticed and was a large component of my decision to purchase a vehicle from them. A luxury vehicle must come with more than just what is between the bumpers. In a crowded market, the way to stand apart is by providing the whole package: the service, the attitude, the finesse, the relationship, and the experience. Honestly speaking, compared to its peers, JCI is a giant among men - there isn’t even a comparison in the DC-MD-VA market and trust me, I’m speaking from experience! Prior to finding JCI, I visited many local dealerships - those selling cars of a German variety and one other Infiniti. At this point, I can’t even count the number of disappointing, uninformed, annoying, pushy, and at times downright insulting sales people I encountered through this process. It is not every day that as a customer, you feel confident in your car dealer; Confident knowing that you are not just another sucker that walked in the door. At JCI I got more than fair value for my trade-in, got what I think is a great price on a new purchase, and wrapped up the entire transaction – soup to nuts – all in one day. From beginning to end, the staff was polite, helpful, and smiling. If you’re in the market for a new car, and even if you’re not, I highly recommend JCI. Let me just leave you with this… I hadn’t planned one buying a car when I woke up that Saturday morning, but in large part due to the fantastic staff, I drove away that afternoon in a brand new car and couldn’t be happier! Ahmad Hanif was an amazing person to deal with. I was actually very pleased and impressed with his quality of service. Surprisingly he communicated with us in our native language in Punjabi which was qui actually very pleased and impressed with his quality of service. Surprisingly he communicated with us in our native language in Punjabi which was quite incredible. He was very responsive to my emails and phone calls and the price was extremely competitive as well. Additionally He offered us an additional discount because we drove all the way down to MD from NY. The financial director - Fred P. was a pleasant person to work with as well. I would definitely recommend Ahmad and Jim Coleman Infiniti due to my great experience there. More
