Dear "t.savage82", As I explained to you, the post card that goes out to clients is automated whether you talked to your sales person to mail your tags to you or not. As we apologized to you about the misprint of your name on the contract, we wanted to make sure all the documents were correct so you dont have future problems. As for the burgers and hot dogs... they are mainly for our clients. We try to keep them busy while waiting to get their vehicles serviced. I know it's not the BEST in town but we do our best to grill them nice and juicy. But next time you are in town, please come see me and I'll see what I can do for you. Hope all is well with you.
