As a married couple, we have negotiated for and owned 4 new vehicles between us (both individually and together). By far, the experience we had at Jim Coleman Infiniti surpassed our previous dealings with new vehicles between us (both individually and together). By far, the experience we had at Jim Coleman Infiniti surpassed our previous dealings with other dealerships in terms of service and professionalism. Ahmad is a friendly, no B.S. kind of guy. You know that old game at other dealerships where the sales person has to repeatedly "go ask the manager" to see if a certain deal is ok? That doesn't happen w/ Ahmad. He respected our time and didn't make us wait around needlessly for stuff like that. There are no games. Just an upfront, VERY competitive price that is the exact price we saw online on their website (which beat every other dealership's price in the area). Not a penny more. For reference, we purchased a G37 sedan w/ navi. We would absolutely recommend Ahmad at Jim Coleman Infiniti to all our friends and family (well, the family members we like anyway)! More
I have bought new cars over a 50 year period and my experience with Jim Coleman Infiniti is the best by far. From the beginning, we were treated with friendliness, an interest in why we were buying a car, and, an attitude to meet/exceed our needs and expectations. Interacting with Ahmad as primary internet salesman was a real pleasure. The test drive he directed ensured we would quickly experience different types of road surfaces and speeds to best demonstate the quality of the car we were considering. The internet price that JCI provided was the best of three area dealers by far so there was little negotiation on that point. However, we did get involved in more intense negotiations over the trade-in. In the end, we were very happy with the agreed trade-in value, but more importantly, the respect we were shown by Vince and Ahmad during the negotiation is unprecedented in my car buying experience. Once we agreed on the price of the car, the attitude and actions to make this our best car buying experience ever did not cease. Fred "P" from finanace was friendly, competent, and informative. Before we left the dealership, Ahmad sat with us in the car and explained the myriad features of our new car. He also ensured my phone was paired to the car via Bluetooth. Car buying can be filled with both excitement and wariness; because of the professionalism of the JCI team, excitement ruled the day and wariness was gone. I will not hesitate to recommend this dealership to prospective buyers. (Later we'll see how Service matches up, but, given the service reviews on this site, my wariness is reduced) :-) More
Mr. Latham was extremely rude and talked to me like I was an uneducated person by saying that the offer that I was giving them didn't make any sense. He needs to learn how to conduct himself with customers. Your dealer lost two good sales today because of his ways. I have been in contact with Jass Dzinic for the past week and he was great. I understand that he is not the final saying on any deal but I requested hard numbers and told him ahead of time about my trade (not a good practice anywhere you read what a customer should do when buying a car). I was also told that they will do better than the price from USAA bank. The G37S convertible built per USAA price was $46,200 but Mr. Latham wouldn't honor the price because he said the price wouldn't apply to a lease and only to a buy. I drove over 130 miles to get to your location and came out empty handed and wasted my time. I am very disappointed to say the least. I did express my concern and the answer was that they had to drive over 5 hours to get me a car and already spent $500 doing so...isn't that what a good business would do for the customers? I know and understand that you are a business and need to make profit but everything could be done with a smile, education and professionalism. I did not see any of that today during my visit to your dealership. It all started with the technician that conducted the appraisal on my trade, who was very rude and tried to say that I couldn't afford the car that I was trying to get by offering another model. How can my trade be $3,000 lower there than in two other Infiniti dealerships. I have a friend that is also on the market for an infiniti and was ready to buy when Mr. Latham also stated to take the lease option if he couldn't afford any of the cars there, very judgemental. I don't know if this is his personality but the management should check it out. I know the car that I am buying, I know what my car is worth, and I know bad customer service when I see it. Again, I am extremely disappointed with the way I was treated there. The only positive comment is that Jass was very friendly and did his best to satisfy my needs as a customer. Thanks More

My purchase from start to finish took overall about 3 hours...who can say that? Might I add that Ahmad (my sales rep) waited for me to arrive even thought it was time for him to go home. My experience With Jim Coleman Infinity was GREAT. I purchased my first vehicle at Darcars and I was afraid to go to another dealership, but Ahmad and Vince cured my fear. I was limited on a few things as far as how much I could spend so Ahmad and Vince both took some time to work out a great deal for me. I was able to trade my car in which unfortunately had negative equity, get the car I had been looking for and get warranty all integrated into my budget. I am very grateful I found them. Once we all agreed on everything Joe from finance had me out the door in about 10 minutes. I couldnt have asked for anything more. More

As a heads up, for the past several weeks, I've been conducting my research for an entry level sports car have narrowed my selection down to a Lexus IS350 or an Infiniti G35 coupe. I've finalized with an Infiniti G35 coupe due it's tactile road & driver feedback and exterior / interior preferences. Upon noticing an ad in craigs list for a G35 coupe w. sports package and navigation I decided to pay Jim Coleman a visit. (To find a black on black with these options is impossible in the used car search, however similar models in different colors was around $1,000 - $1,500 cheaper through various other dealers or private sale. I guess it's a price you pay for a premium color that's rare in the market). Upon a first visit, I was offered numerous cars from an Infiniti g35 coupe (my main interest) to a infinti g37 coupe (sports, no nav though), and a 370z (touring package) in order to assure my they have a vast selection of cars. The staff was friendly and eager for my sale however kept an iron clad grip on a price of $27,000. Through subsequent phone calls and follow-up visits the price remained firm, yet the staff still was interested in bringing me into the Infiniti 'family'. Each day I recieved one phone call to see what steps and initiatives it would take to earn my business. (Being in sales myself, this shed a positive light to show they are eager to sell cars) Eager to purchase this car before it was sold, I paid a visit again today with the intentions to purchase the vehicle if we could negotiate a lower price. Based on previous discussions, we were offered $29,500 (all inclusive with $1,000 certification) or $28,500 without certification. After an intense discussion whether it was in our best interest to pay for the car to get certified we declined, and offered to sign the paperwork for $28,500 as we had previously been quoted. However, when presented to the manager of the dealership, this offer was initially not allowed. After a brief but heated exchange of words between my group and the manager, he decided to honor our price we had been offered on a previous visit. I believe this was the ethical approach in satisfying both parties and creating a new relationship. In a nutshell, if your comming to this dealership, expect to pay a premium, but in return you shall recieve a car in new condition. (My car has been fitted with new tires, belts, brake rotors and pads). Due to my oversight in the beggining I finally decided to purchase a car that has it's major components (as metioned above), replaced at point of sale then deal with hidden costs later. The staff is friendly, and honored their deal. Overall I rate this dealer at a 4 or 4.5 stars, since it should not have required several attempts to reach a 'final' price. They earned my business, so hopefully you can use this rating to form your strategy when you step into Jim Coleman. More

I did not feel any pressure to purchase a vehicle, which enhanced my purchasing experience. The only suggestion I have is for the service department, which I feel is very pushy to have me come in for the first service even though I have another 1000 miles to reach the timeline for the first service. Overall I highly recommend Coleman infiniti to my friends and family. More
