DO NOT USE THEM IF YOU ARE NOT LOCAL! !!! I had the most horrific experience with them!!! I live in Charlotte, NC. I was looking at a car they had on line Sunday morning February 13th. !!! I did the email inquiry and much to my surprise, Kirk called me back before the dealership even opened. We agreed on a price, I left him my credit card for a deposit and then finance called and said I could only leave a $3K deposit, not the $7K I asked for. Car was $ 47K on in, I only had $40K cash or wire transfer, so he said he had to get it approved. I was called back Monday morning, all ok its approved and the car is your congratulations!!! Then Monday afternoon 5:47pm, I got a google text from a sales manager at Jim Coleman that they JUST sold my car. EXTREMLY POOR SERVICE. Now whoever bought the 2017 Infiniti QX80 in Blue, got a nice deal. It wasn't me!!!! More
