We dealt with Ryan (Manager), & Joe (Finance Manager) as well they provided the same excellent level of customer service! I will definitely recommend Jim Coleman Infiniti to all!! Even though the Infiniti dealership was undergoing renovations and we had to work out of Jim Coleman Toyota, it was a seamless transition!! More
Arthur and Bob were great to deal with. Arthur even came in on Sunday, his day off, to deliver my car to me. I bought my 2008 Acura MDX from Jim Coleman Infiniti last month. I am amazed at the level of service provided by Vince and Jass. You guys rock. My salesperson was excellent. He was professional, thoroughly knowledgeable about the product, and pleasant to deal with. Against his advice I first leased a G37 model without the NAV package. After a day or so I realized that many of the car's features were truncated by the missing NAV package which was designed for the car. This was especially true of the hands free phone system. I returned to the dealer and asked if I might swap for a fully equipped G37. Mr. Hanif and Ryan Latham the sales manager agreed to help me, charging me a reasonable transfer fee and the price of the NAV package. They otherwise adhered to the original deal which was significantly below MSRP. I am greatly indebted to them. While auto dealers per se must have a small streak of larceny, this is about as good as it gets. Outstanding. dhwilliams More

I dislike buying cars, but Ahmad and entire Jim Coleman dealership made it an enjoyable experience. Thank you for everything I have driven a Lexus for eleven years so I has not sure I wanted another typ dealership made it an enjoyable experience. My new car is wonderful it has so many features it will take another eleven years to learn them. I purchased the service agreement, so now all I have to do is buy gas and insurance. From waiting time to work with Ahmad, to getting in a car for a test drive, to driving off the lot, all done in record time without pressure or hassle. Both Bob and Ahmad made sure I was comfortable in my decision, and really worked with me to ensure I got what I wanted. With respect to pricing discussions, they are simply bar-none, the best that I've ever dealt with. I gave them a target, a trade-in, and told them what I was looking for in a car. The result, a car delivered to my work, a thorough explanation of the features therein, and ready to take home when I needed it. In all of the dealerships, in all of the states I've lived in, I have never seen such a better operation. I wholeheartedly recommend them with respect to purchasing/leasing a new car. I've yet to experience their service arm, but I'm certain to have a like experience. Thank you Bob and Ahmad! More
