Ahmad cut through the fog to get me a deal on my car that worked. He took care of all the details on a 4th of July to allow me to drive my Infiniti home the same day within only a few hours. I will not go to any other Infiniti dealer. There is one closer to me in Virginia that I had my previous Infiniti serviced at for over six years and 138,000 miles. On the last tire change, I got my Infiniti back with scoring around each of the four rims. The dealership did not do the right thing to fix it...they lost a customer. A month later I worked with Ahmad at Jim Coleman Infiniti for both a new Infiniti and service... I have not looked back since thanks to Ahmad. More

From the first moment Kirk was extremely informative about the car we were interested in and did not try and typical car salesman tactics. He was very low pressure throughout the process as well as extremely friendly and beyond helpful. He continually followed up with us at the appropriate times and did it once again without being pushy. For those that are normally turned off by the thought of having to go to the dealer to buy a car, I can't recommend Jim Coleman and Kirk highly enough. In fact, the entire staff there was friendly and helpful. Kirk is a superstar and you would be doing yourself a favor by visiting and speaking with him. More
The Consummate Professional! I was very nervous about purchasing another vehicle, although I knew it was time. I'd had my 2007 Nissan Altima for almost 10 years and was sad to see it go. As I began to research my next purchase, I knew that I wanted a pre-owned SUV. Once I decided on exactly which SUV I wanted (the Infiniti JX35), the real work began - finding a dealership that I felt was truly worthy of my business. Anyone that has every purchased a vehicle before knows that the entire process can be quite unnerving. You can easily become overwhelmed and frustrated. I'd actually been to 2 other Infiniti dealers (much closer to home) with no success. Either they were too pushy, had poor follow-up/customer service, couldn't accommodate my needs, or did not have adequate inventory of the vehicle that I wanted. However, this was not my experience at all with Ahmad Hanif - the Internet Sales Manager @ Jim Coleman Infiniti in Bethesda, MD. The initial communication with him began online when my husband spotted "the perfect SUV" for me...one that could pass my intense scrutiny and match my long list of "must-haves". We scheduled to meet with Ahmad on a Saturday afternoon to see the vehicle of interest; however, he actually had 2 for me to see. I'm one of those people that live by the premise "when I know, I just know". As soon as I saw the vehicle, I knew that it was the one. Ahmad and his colleagues wasted no time in getting me into it for a test-drive, answering ALL of my incessant questions, and having me out the door within a few hours in my vehicle of choice. They even took the time to ensure that the SUV was properly detailed before I left that evening. They were also very understanding of my pre-approval arrangement through my credit union - which offered me a stellar finance rate, even though this would probably negatively impact their bottom-line and additional opportunity for commission. I was impressed by how intently they worked to meet or beat that rate. Ahmad even went as far as accompanying me and my husband to the gas station to send us back to Baltimore with a full tank of gas (on him) for the long journey ahead. The real seal of approval for me came when, 2 months after my purchase while preparing for my first out-of-town trip with family, I realized that I was not provided the remote control for the DVD system in my SUV. I immediately emailed Ahmad, and he worked feverishly to acquire one for me. He even express mailed it to me at my home in Baltimore, so that I wouldn't have to drive all the way back down to Bethesda. This has honestly been the best, most seamless buying experience I've ever had...and I'm a very hard sell. So, if you are in the market for a new or used Infiniti vehicle and are looking for the right place to take your business, look no further. I am truly sold on this dealership and the level of care and impeccable customer service that they CHOOSE to provide their customers. I was treated like royalty...and for that they now have A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE! Way to go Ahmad! You are truly the consummate car sales professional. More
How a Salesperson and Dealership Should Operate I was searching for a vehicle to replace my current one and decided to try Jim Coleman. I had previously purchased a brand new vehicle (2008 G37s) and I was searching for a vehicle to replace my current one and decided to try Jim Coleman. I had previously purchased a brand new vehicle (2008 G37s) and the service was first class for those six years. I was searching for vehicles on the JC Infiniti's website, found a vehicle and reached out to Ahmad. I provided him with what I was looking for, price range, and details about my trade in. We communicated for a week before I came to the dealership. When I arrived, Ahmad was ready to go with information about the vehicle I was looking at, plus additional options. The surprise was that a vehicle that was not on my radar was available and we took it for a test drive. Three hours later, my car was traded and I went home with a new vehicle. That has NEVER happened before and that was due to Ahmad's friendly business approach, demeanor and professionalism. Absolutely ZERO haggling; Ahmad's truly listens to the needs of his customers and allows them to make the decision THEN provides the options available to them. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. More

Floyd - real nice sales person - disappeared, and didn't answer my questions. General Manager Bob Shrader- busy-body and annoying nickel and dime guy at purchase - doesn't recognize me when I come in. Even nice guy Shane, from the Service department who gave me his cell no. to call him "any time with any question" is AWL. not nice, not inviting - and I doubt I will recommend it EVER! More

My service adviser Dennis Moore said they were booked solid.... no loaners available Lie! Then offered me Enterprise that was close by... mind you he WAS RUDE! I guess he's getting commission from the Enterprise. Here's the kicker, when my husband called back to question this all of a sudden he had one. Not to mentioned, he lied and told my husband I was rude to him. Why would I be rude to someone giving me something for FREE! Why would I be rude to someone who is fixing my CAR! Most sane people would be nice for negotiating purposes or DISCOUNTS!!! being mean and nasty would jack the cost up for sure. PLEASE NOTE: I am sane.. Okay, this man has lied twice! His lies and arrogant manner left a bad taste in my mouth AND ALL trust went out the door. I took my car to Infiniti in Tyson's and had a great experience and was not hassled about a loaner. Why should I have to pay for a rental when I'm paying already an overpriced amount to get my car fixed.... Jim Coleman missed out on more than 4K for my repair. All because of a loaner that was going to be insured..... Jim, blame that on Dennis Moore! I told someone who also has an Infinity and he said the same thing about Dennis... He and his wife both drive Infiniti's and they now take their cars to Tyson's. Oh! Dennis isn't the only rude person there I must add.... so don't chance it... go someplace else for service. More

Most importantly, Ahmad completely understands the meaning of customer service. I purchased a vehicle right before the holidays...Ahmad delayed a family trip for a few hours just to ensure that I was properly shepherded through the process. He could have easily handed me off to a colleague after I decided to purchase my vehicle; however, he did not. The small things matter...Ahmad understands that. Many thanks to Ahmad and the rest of the team at JCI. I'll be back soon. More
