I was surprised at how long it took to get my oil changed. I was one of 5 people in the waiting area. The receptionist came over to update me twice, once to tell me my car was being worked on. And th changed. I was one of 5 people in the waiting area. The receptionist came over to update me twice, once to tell me my car was being worked on. And the second time to tell me that my car was done and in the car wash and she would be back with my keys shortly. I waited 35 minutes for her to bring me my keys. Turns out, she forgot about me. My car had been ready for 40 minutes. She finally brought me my keys when she realized she forgot me and she apologized. Not impressed with this service. More
