Recommend service center: MAYBE- not yes and not no. Had car in for oil change and emissions. Second time in a row the appointment time was wrong! After service I noticed a red box checked indicating "immediate attention". The attendant missed it and only saw it when I brought it to her attention. I was then told that the technician left for the night so repair could not be done now. I asked if it was okay to drive my car then. I was told I would have to bring it back, the first date mentioned was in September! This seemed outrageous for an item marked "immediate attention". At this point Christina said she would talk to her manager about fitting me in sooner. She called me at home later to say they could complete the repair 2 days later- which they did. So...not the best experience. I have been a loyal customer for almost 8 years. Keith Sutton has always been exceeding helpful but lately it seems the service department as a whole has been deteriorating. More
