Was very disappointed in my last appt. I had scheduled an oil change, tire rotation and a recall for my vehicle. I brought my vehicle in that morning and was asked if I was waiting and I s I had scheduled an oil change, tire rotation and a recall for my vehicle. I brought my vehicle in that morning and was asked if I was waiting and I said I had someone picking up so we could do shopping and confirmed before I left that it should take about 2 hours. After 3 hours I had not hear anything feom the dealership, so I called to find out the status. At which point, I was informed that they hadn't started on my vehicle yet because I didn't stay at the dealership. That it would have been unfair to make people waiting at the dealership wait for 3 hours, so they delayed my work. That to me is horrible customer service especially the attitude of the person on the phone acting like I was being unreasonable. It was also unfair to make me wait that long just because I had a way of running errands instead of sitting there. Furthermore, what is the point of an appointment time if you are not going to honor it. Then, when I did come back to wait (because after 3.5 hours it still wasn't done), I was informed that they did not do the recall because they had to order the part. This appointment was scheduled on February 29th with full knowledge that a recall needed to be taken care of. So why wasn't the part ordered ahead of time? And then that means I have to come back for another appointment woth another 2 hour wait. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had at Jim Butler and quite possibly at any dealership. More

After looking around quite a bit--and being discouraged at how (even in the year 2024!) may car salespeople don't seem to be willing to speak to a wo After looking around quite a bit--and being discouraged at how (even in the year 2024!) may car salespeople don't seem to be willing to speak to a woman--working with Jean and the whole experience at Jim Butler was straightforward, honest, and direct. Everyone absolutely fulfilled our request to be quick and avoid a lot of the back and forth that's a very frustrating part of buying a new car. They followed through on the promises made and things like vehicle delivery were seamless and convenient. I love my new KIA, and I'll definitely be back to Jim Butler and Jean next time I'm in the market for a car. More
