Both were super easy to work with. We corresponded with Justin several times before we ever visited the dealership, he got us the answers we were looking for. While we were driving he took the paperwork over to be processed so when we came back and decided to purchase the car, it was ready to go. We were in and out of the dealership in less than 2 hrs!!!
