Roger Harmann is a great guy and salesman. Easy to work with and laid back. Negotiated the deal over the phone and had an OTD price within 10 minutes. Katye and Scott were pleasant and provided a quality, no-nonsense experience. However, I my deal got passed over to the used car manager and I nearly walked out. Car was towed in and it took 5 days to even look at it to discover it was a recall item on a car with 18,000 miles.
