10:30 oil change appointment. Was told it might take an hour. After 1.5 hours I noticed my vehicle hadn't even been moved in for service. I inquired about it and it was moved Was told it might take an hour. After 1.5 hours I noticed my vehicle hadn't even been moved in for service. I inquired about it and it was moved in and completed by 1:15 - 1:30 pm. I didn't expect it to take approximately 3 hours since I had an appointment time and I also had a 3-hour round trip drive.
