This experience was way better than my first. I was in for an oil change and it was busy, and they were able to get me in and out within an hour and a half. Great customer service. Called for appointment 3-1/2 weeks ahead of time for oil change, tire rotation and to correct a "Shift to Park Error". Was not told at the time of making the appointment that they will need to car on site f change, tire rotation and to correct a "Shift to Park Error". Was not told at the time of making the appointment that they will need to car on site for 3-5 days to diagnose and fix the "Shift to Park" error. Found out on day of appointment. Training issue with service staff answering calls and making appointments. Technician did not check air pressure in the tires during the tire rotation. Same tire showed less pressure after rotation as before rotation. Making me think did they rotate the tires. need to tell technicians to check the air pressure in all tires when doing a tire rotation. Rest of appointment was fine, normal wait time. Cashier staff was pleasant and efficient. More
It took 2 1/2 hours to do a tire rotation, oil change, and fuel induction service. I made an appointment over amonth ago and figured about an hour wait. I had to use a day off to take my $53000 truck in to get the radio fixed and I just spent 30 minutes driving home in complete silence because the regular old radio wouldn't come on!! Not even close to impr the radio fixed and I just spent 30 minutes driving home in complete silence because the regular old radio wouldn't come on!! Not even close to impressed so far. I should at least get am/fm with no issues. Even my 1973 Volkswagen had little trouble with am/fm radio!! More
