We looked into your history with us and it looks like the paint work was completed on 4/6. If there is more that needs to be done, please let us know and we will get you the information needed. We reviewed your Repair Order to get more info on the cabin filter. You are correct that this was not changed, as you requested. We sincerely apologize for this oversight. You were also not charged for this service, but we understand this is frustrating. Normally the cabin filter would be $69.95 to replace, and we would like to offer you half off to get it replaced to attempt to make up for the inconvenience. To set up a time to get this taken care of and discuss if there is any other paint work that needs to be completed, please reach out to us at 636-717-3017 or theresa@jimbutlerchevrolet.com.

It’s been resolved it was my fault that I missed the calls getting with me They set me up with a body shop for the scratch. I bought my last 3 new vehicles from them and always use the service team and always will
