Waiting area was very messy. The tv was too low to hear which was unfortunate especially when my emissions test took longer than 15 minutes. An hour and a half is too long. More

The nasty email was not regarding you or your deal, the email was about how the bank sets inaccurate expectations with customers before they arrive at the dealership. Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We apologize that your visit didn't live up to your expectations. We found ashes in your vehicle. After we sent pictures, you admitted to smoking just not in the car and that the ashes came off of your clothes. Unfortunately, we have to spend the time and resources to clean the vehicle regardless of where the smoking was done. We did our best to accommodate you by not charging the full $500 cleaning fee.
