Made an appointment two weeks ahead of time. It took over three hours to get a service. That should take about 20 minutes. It normally takes 2 hours for this service. But able to live with. No one told me things were running behind. Being I had other appointments for the day. It would have been nice to know up front. Would have probably rescheduled. My time is money Just like your time is. I’ve been having my truck serviced there the last 7 years. But I will be taking it elsewhere from now on. Hope all dealers service department are not run as yours is. More
When looking into getting a car and telling our sales gentleman what we needed and wanted and next day we saw and drove and bought it that night. First oil change went well. My review is on the Service Department. Raymond was our service attendant. He has a tendency to disregard multiple messages. Also is unconcerned with reaching out to anyone. The service reps are great all the time. The problem is the mechanics. You get an oil change, they don’t wipe off there grease finger prints off the hood and grill. They don’t reset the fuel filter life. It’s a lot of small things that add up to it all for me. When your bill is over 400$ and you see all these things when you pick your vehicle up is disappointing. More

Then she went on and on and on about what a good deal it was. That was a total turn off to wanting to return for service at your location. Had $1400 in scheduled and recommended maintenance completed on my 2021 Silverado 2500. The center cap was left off a wheel. The CEL came on due to an oil cap being left in my shutter inlet. My auto completed on my 2021 Silverado 2500. The center cap was left off a wheel. The CEL came on due to an oil cap being left in my shutter inlet. My auto 4x4 is no longer working. I have called multiple times and had to leave so many messages for each issue just to get them resolved. I am still waiting on a loaner to be able to have my 4x4 looked at. I'm concerned this is causing long term damage to my transfer case and differentials since they were all serviced together. I have lost all faith in the service department at Jim Butler. It's clear the technician made mistakes, but this should be resolved in a timely manner. And I should not have to make multiple calls over multiple days to get updates and to get this corrected. I am very disappointed in the length of time it takes to get calls back from Dalton. I just want my truck to be in the same or better condition than it was when I took it in for service. Left a message for Service Manager Chuck on 8.20 and didn't receive a call back. Called and left another message on 8.21. I can't understand why I am not able to get a response to correct this problem. I dropped the truck off for service in Auto 4x4 and it no longer works since I had service performed. More
