Your appointment time is set aside for you to speak with your service advisor to set a game plan for your vehicle while it's in our care. From there your vehicle waits in line for the next appropriate service technician. We normally quote 90 mins to 2 hours for our oil changes. We hope that you found this information helpful and that our efforts to improve are evident in future visits.

Hi David, it is great hearing back from JB a few weeks after the review. Thank you for the interestingly worded reply. We attempted to discuss communication shortfalls with service leadership during our 11 calendar day experience with JB. Any reply to our voicemails or messages left with the service desk admin. would have been a great opportunity for us to discuss any misconceptions we may have about what an experience with the JB service looks like. These messages and requests should have been received around day 7 or 8.
