I had to bring my brand new equinox back because it had a bad paint job. They had it for two weeks. I just got it back and it is dirty inside and outside, I guess from being in the body shop and having wor bad paint job. They had it for two weeks. One for three on being called back by my advisor when he said he was going to. At one point, I was being sent away with a large quote and probably a diagnostic fee before asking about a service bulletin I l said he was going to. I was curious about the issue after my service rep stated how common the issue was with my vehicle. Glad I did my research before picking up the vehicle and paying for the fix out of pocket. Lack of communication and diligence from our advisor resulted in the vehicle being at their location for 11 calendar days for an issue covered by GM. The is second vehicle we've taken to this dealership for a GM-covered issue and was a great reminder to drive further to another dealership. More
