We dropped our car off on a Sunday evening to have a "shift to park" message checked. It turned out our car needed a new "shift to park" sensor. It too 9 days to do this!! 7 weekdays. Unacceptable. Our experience was very pleasant, the guys we dealt with were excellent and knew their jobs well ( Michael, Tj & I'm sorry I don't remember the guys name we signed paperwork with). I liked the idea that they run the numbers first and said this is what you can afford and gave us a couple of choices. We didn't feel like the car prices were ballooned and unaffordable.
