Your appointment was set because you had a concern with your vehicle shuddering. Your vehicle had to be seen by a journeyman tech to properly diagnose your concerns. The end result happened to be a transmission flush with a synthetic blend. We are diligently working to improve on our customer wait times and we hope that our efforts to improve are evident in future visits.
