The staff is very apologetic if the service takes longer than expected, but explain everything done to the car and when it might need something in the future. I also get a free car wash every time I go there. I feel like they care about their customers and I would recommend any friends or family to go to Butler. More

Well, the final result was disappointing. So, this is the 2nd time this dealer has worked on something for me, not a warranty item. The employees are very nice I had to wait awhile in my truck with my 11 month old before talking to a service tech. And didn’t see the tech I normally deal with. The only disappointing thing was that we had an appointment for a Wednesday, but the service department was behind and the vehicle wasn't touched until Friday.
