Your appointment time is set aside for you to speak with your service advisor to set a game plan for your vehicle while it's in our care. From there your vehicle waits in line for the next appropriate service technician, which in your case is a journeyman tech. Currently our journeyman techs are 72 hours out from drop off. So, next time you come to my restaurant with a 6:00 pm reservation for Saturday, I won't actually seat you till Monday because your reservation was only with the host not for dinner. That makes about a much sense as your excuse.
