I’ve went here ever since I bought this car. I’ve had some obstacles for sure. Not happy with my purchase with Jim butler. It has been to the service center twice and I'll be calling again for the same issues. Brian just says what you want to hear to get you to buy a car. This review is for the service department. I have to rewrite this review, because Jim Butler had my original review removed somehow. The gist of it is that I came to them with a car that I had I have to rewrite this review, because Jim Butler had my original review removed somehow. The gist of it is that I came to them with a car that I had bought from them, and it had a flat tire, but the tires had self-sealing technology. Jim Butler lied and tried to force me to buy a brand new tire because they didn't want to just patch the hole. I managed to get it patched, thankfully, by visiting a different tire shop. It's clear that Jim Butler will do anything to jack up the price of service. More
