Told me I could wait for my car and that it would just be a few hours when scheduling appointment, then was told that was not true when I came in. Then i asked for a ride home, they put me in a vehicle where I road an extra 20 minutes because they’re driver didn’t want to come back to get me, despite literally driving past the dealership to get from the other customer’s house to mine. I’m done with trying to deal with them. More
I called on 10/11/24 for an appointment to get warranty service on my emissions system. Iwas given an appointment 10/23/24 to drop the car off. When I dropped the car off, I was told it would be 3-4 busin service on my emissions system. Iwas given an appointment 10/23/24 to drop the car off. When I dropped the car off, I was told it would be 3-4 business days before a journeyman could look at it. Being that this was a Thursday, that meant it would be 5-6 actual days. DO NOT GIVE ME AN APPOINTMENT 12 DAYS OUT AND THEN TELL ME I HAVE TO WAIT FOR A TECH TO LOOK AT MY CAR. I will need to purchase 3 vehicles in the near future, I love the sales department but the service department may have cost you them. More
