Thank you for sharing your feedback with us, Marc. We do apologize for the longer than usual wait time for your oil change package. Our normal wait time for this service is 90 minutes, but our high volume of customers unfortunately resulted in longer than usual wait times on the day you visited us. We are constantly working improve wait times for our customers and have cut back on scheduled appointments to attempt to rectify this problem. We hope you will reconsider working with us in the future.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us, Paula. We apologize that there was not more communication from your Service Advisor. The day before Thanksgiving we were extremely busy, which did cause some delays in getting work completed. When you picked up at 2pm, we were still working on completing the recall. We understand that it may have looked like your Service Advisor was just playing on his phone. We want to assure you that was likely not the case. Service Advisors do use their phones to contact customers and complete other tasks throughout the day. We wish you safe travels and apologize that your visit left you with a negative impression of us.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us, Octavia. We were a bit confused by your feedback, though. We looked in to your repair history for your last visit and noticed some things that we wanted to clarify. The problem you were experiencing with filling up the gas tank and the take off of the vehicle was covered under the Special Coverage (similar to a recall). The other problem with the dirty throttle body was $149.74 for the throttle body boot bellows (the part), before taxes and fees. We did not charge you for the labor in an effort to help you. This corrected the throttle body. If we had not performed this repair, it would have caused more problems down the line that would have cost you much more time and money to get fixed. We were truly looking out for your best interest. The diagnostic charge is normally $155 before taxes and fees, so you actually had a lower bill than you otherwise would have expected. We did perform all of the repairs that were discussed with you. We do apologize that the repairs took as long as we did, but we can assure you we worked as quickly as possible. Theresa from our Customer Relations Department will be reaching out to you shortly to discuss further to make sure any miscommunications are cleared up.

Thank you for your feedback. We do understand your frustration and understand that your time is valuable. When scheduling the appointment, they should have informed you that the appointment being made was to meet with a service advisor. This is also reiterated in your reminder emails and when you met with the service advisor. Due to the high volume at the dealership, at times there is a wait for vehicles to be seen by our Journeymen. That being said, we are continually working to shorten this wait time for our customers and sincerely appreciate your business while we work to improve.
