Totally Unsatisfied I made an appointment for 1 p.m. on Friday November 29th. I went around the lot looking at vehicles while I waited and at 2 p.m. I saw my truck still I made an appointment for 1 p.m. on Friday November 29th. I went around the lot looking at vehicles while I waited and at 2 p.m. I saw my truck still sitting. I immediately went in to talk to my service advisor and was told they were running behind. I told him that it would have been good to be told that when I arrived. His response was that he told me it would be about 90 minutes, he never told me that. This was only the second going but I will be taking my truck elsewhere to another dealer. More

I FEEL AS THOUGH I WAS CHEATED BIG TIME!! I went to have a purge valve replaced that was covered by GM. I was then told I have something else that was wrong as well. Nevertheless, I was told the new problem cost the same amount as the diagnostic fee. So I question that of course. Then I was told well it’s something else that’s wrong now and the price of that is $140. So I sat there for 3.5 hours before anyone came and told me all of these lies. Then the guy comes back and say the purge valve is not in and it could take another hour to get it do to all the Black Friday traffic. Then of course they would still have to put it on. Then get home and look at my receipt only to find out they didn’t even fix the stuff they said was wrong. I was so upset after being there for 4.5 and getting ripped off on top of that. I feel I am entitled to a full refund! I also don’t feel comfortable giving them any stars, my experience was terrible More
